Position Asst Manager/ Sr. Asst Manager/ Manager, Education - Training Reporting to Manager/ Senior Manager About KEF: Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) was founded by Uday Kotak. He is the Founder Trustee of KEF and the then Managing Director & CEO, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. He has led the group in a broad range of financial services for over 30 years. Kotak Education Foundation\xe2\x80\x99s (KEF) mission is to support children and youth from underprivileged families through different education based interventions to rise above the poverty line and lead a life of dignity through sustainable processes. KEF works with some of India\'s most economically underprivileged communities, attempting to alleviate poverty through education and livelihood programs. KEF works in multiple states in India with Govt and govt-aided private schools. These schools have been set up by social entrepreneurs and lack quality teaching, infrastructure and leadership. Through its various programs across education, innovative healthcare and livelihood training programs, the foundation supplements the efforts of these schools to improve their conditions. Roles & Responsibilities: Training Program Development, Delivery and Management:

• Design, develop, and implement effective and engaging beneficiary training programs.
• Conduct large group trainings for various stakeholders (teachers, HMs, govt changemakers) in various geographic locations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with educational standards
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of in-house and external training programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs, identify gaps, and tailor programs accordingly.

Training Module Development:

• Lead the development and refinement of training modules and materials, ensuring alignment with the latest educational trends and pedagogical research.
• Integrate innovative training methodologies and technology-enhanced learning approaches into the training curriculum

Team Management:

• Provide mentorship to a team of trainers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Conduct regular professional development sessions for the trainer team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Monitoring and Evaluation :

• Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact of training programs.
• Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness.
• Lead and conduct training/classroom observations across various locations.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education Years of Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in teacher training and curriculum development. Technical Skills :

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective teacher training programs.
• Strong knowledge of current educational trends, pedagogical methodologies, and technology integration in education.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Traveling requirements : Travel to project locations within and outside Maharashtra (approx. 60% of annual time). Please note that this job requires extensive traveling. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
