About the role This Person in Customer Data Management who maintains and develops databases, captures customer\'s problems, compiles and analyzes data and conducts statistical analysis in support of business development or product management. Responsibilities: Manages customer data in databases to maintain up-to-date customer records and generate various sales reports and statistics. Compiles and uses customer service data to run analysis focused on business planning, sales forecasting and product quality measures. Develops databases containing data on customer problems and corrective procedures that are used as a resource for customer problem resolution. Uses computer software programs to accurately compile data and calculate basic customer statistics. Conducts statistical analysis on sales data to support sales execution and growth objectives. Generates statistical reports and statements regarding sales efficiency, customer orders and other sales activities.
