The position requires planning and execution of signages / displays, special events, launch strategy and execution, public relations efforts, mall communication and relations, advertising / collateral production and marketing programs at Retail Locations. The position is responsible to ensure appropriate representation of Tata CLiQ Palette at retail locations. Responsibilities: . Concept, planning and implementation of all event initiatives. . Prepare a quarterly rolling mall marketing calendar, strategy, for all retail locations and align with key stakeholders . Execute mall marketing initiatives in line with brand guidelines . Establish special / launch event budgets and manage event costs. . Provide Retail / Marketing Director with planning and progress for each event. . Prepare event notifications outlining responsibilities to ensure event needs are communicated to department heads and teams. . Document each event and create event recaps that include: photos, return on investment, results, press clippings, tear sheets as well as event summary. . Preparation of promotional materials and collateral to support events. . Select and order premium items to support events and ongoing programs. . Set annual and quarterly goals for Social Media platforms. . Work with digital marketing coordinator to set social promotional calendar. . Work with brands . Oversee social media voice to maintain brand consistency. . Establish annual press release distribution plan and manage schedule. . Work with PR team to create press releases. . Work with Internal team on creating & executing monthly / quarterly marketing calendar . Track & meet marketing budgets . Monitor inventory levels of premium items, collateral and marketing supplies at malls . Negotiate costs on mall assets (including physical / digital assets & promotions) Key Performance Indicators: . Adherence to Store launch schedule . Compliance to budgets . Footfalls at retail outlets . Marketing Income / OI from Brands Required Qualifications . A minimum college degree or equivalent . A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management . Experience in developing and implementing a marketing plan, goals and strategies Preferred Qualifications . A minimum college degree or equivalent . Strong organizational skills . Working knowledge of social media . Well rounded oral and written communication skills . Negotiation skills .
