  • Support and collaborate with the Project Lead/Stakeholders on project goals and progress.
  • Assist the Cluster Manager in fostering a lean culture for efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure smooth month-end close and timely reporting for assigned entities.
  • Monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs for the assigned entities.
  • Drive service calls, provide solutions, and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop process documentation, including detailed Desktop Instructions for critical tasks.
  • Perform key activities such as inventory accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, fixed assets, lease, intercompany, and statutory accounting.
  • Review reconciliation activities and ensure timely closure of open items.
  • Conduct ICOFR checks aligned with internal controls for each RTR process.
  • Support audits and handle auditor queries effectively.
  • Address stakeholder queries while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Promote process standardization across various RTR functions.
  • Flexibility to serve as a backup for other RTR activities as needed.
Requirements
  • A qualified graduate with a certified degree in Commerce or CA Intermediate is required.
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R), Fixed Asset Accounting, Statutory Accounting, and Month-End Closing is essential.
  • Experience with SAP FI and SAP CO modules is mandatory.
