With this partnership, we have added an additional400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countriesKey Responsibility\xef\x82\xb7 Managing end to end Deliveries of Shipments\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinating with 3PL partners for performance, pricing etc\xef\x82\xb7 Onboarding of new 3PL partners for improved performance\xef\x82\xb7 Managing customer complaints for quick resolution\xef\x82\xb7 Understand present processes, and identify areas of improvement to drive efficiencyand reliability\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to think of Tech enabled solutions for day to day activitiesCustomer Focus\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that customers are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing promptresponse and solutions to their challenges at all times.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members anddelegate duties to all team members.Dashboarding and Reporting\xef\x82\xb7 Extracting and publishing daily reports on key deliverables
