Apart from this, GAVL also has a joint venture with the ACI group of Bangladesh for animal feed business in Bangladesh.For more information on the Company, please log on to .Job PurposeThis position plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the company's litigation matters and agreements. This position involves managing the litigation process, including case assessment, strategy development, and coordination with external counsel. Additionally, will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements to ensure the companys interests are protected and aligned with legal requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation matters, including case assessment, strategy development, and coordination with external counsel.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, such as contracts, leases, licenses, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide guidance on legal issues related to litigation and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units and senior management, to provide legal advice and support.
  • Monitor and track legal developments, regulations, and trends relevant to litigation and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all legal matters.
Educational Qualification:LLB/LLM from very reputed institute.Experience:Industrial 8 to 10 years
  • Proven track record of successfully managing litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review complex agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
