Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Handling project management activities across various programs.
- Planning and execution of outreach activities related to the various programs.
- Developing scope and objectives of various projects considering the technical feasibility and involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Liaison with funding agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Travel
- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams
Qualification
- Post graduate degree Or Graduate degree + 3 years of relevant experience.
Desirable
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good Team Player with high energy willing to work in a start-up environment.
- Competence in working with multidimensional & multicultural environment
Salary Range
- 50,000/-
