Description:Support daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Involves managing a team of Associates, Associate Leads & Team Leads. Monitor and manager performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. Works closely with various departments to deliver high-quality service to clients while maintaining operational excellence.Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of which 2+ years of strong experience in managing a team of 50+
• Excellent written skills
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo) Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a team size of 60+ and manage Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Quality,
• ETAs/Targets/SLA/TAT/EVALS, Performance assessment/review
• People/Process/Project/Performance management, Client communication, Documentation (project related), Risk assessment, Mentor & Groom
• Deliver SLA along with excellent reporting metrics
• Handle operations, conduct briefings & team meetings for status updates, new product information, policy and procedure change etc.
• Monitor associate escalations, coach and provide constructive feedback on performance to individuals on a regular basis. With team members regarding performance parameters, self-appraisal, quarterly appraisal of the team members based on stack ranking.
