Seamlessly collaborates with non-Product purchase team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of all equipment.Works with Material Lead to monitor the buffer build and inventory status on weekly basis.Works with Industrial Engg lead to publish status of new site layout, equipment and process readiness on weekly basis.Works with Quality to ensure timely execution of FAI plan and regular updates. Interface with Strategy and Program management team to set up Gate reviews.Interfaces with Strategy and Program management team and BU lead to secure customer approval for transition.Works with Production team to ensure HC availability and training for transition.Works with VS and BU lead to track and monitors PIOs during ramp up phase.
