Role: Assistant Manager - IP NOC operations Total Experience : 6-8 years of experience Location: Pune Education : Graduation Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing day to day network operations and maintenance, in the respective areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud and security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility and IoT/other domains. This includes- customer change requests, platform uptime, incident management, problem management, CFT / OEM Interlock, and escalation support for the operations. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on day-to-day operations and capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles. Provide level 2.5 in depth technical analysis, troubleshooting and resolutions of IP related customer and network faults escalated by the IPNOC. Monitor, report and analyse SEACOM Core and Metro Network for quality improvement. Preparing Incident Report, RFO and RCA for critical event and release of Service Improvement plan if applicable. Configuration, troubleshooting and monitoring of the SEACOM DCN network. Planning, scheduling, and coordination of IP related change management activities in SEACOM. Juniper, Arista & Cisco (CCNP, JNCIP/JNCIS) or other related OEM vendor professional level certification is a must. Solid knowledge on MPLS, BGP, SDWAN, peering and internet Exchange points. Critical analysis and solid IP network troubleshooting skills.
