With a strong commitment to sustainability, recently the brand has launched an exclusive baby products range that includes baby cream, lotion, soap, shampoo, powder, and baby massage oil.Job Title Assistant Manager InventoryLocation Moraiya, ChangodharExperience - 5 to 7 yearsQualification - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Salary - 40-50 KJob Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials inventory.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor inward and outward movements of goods to and from various vendors.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and supervise a team of 8-10 blue-collar workers, providing training and support as needed
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and supply chain efficiency.
• Generate reports on inventory status and present findings to management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with specific software is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
