: Assistant Manager - International Marketing

Qualification: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 8 Years in International Marketing, with expertise in scaffolding products .
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance international sales and market presence for scaffolding products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to clients.
• Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports for senior management.
Key Requirements:
• Qualification: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience: At least 8 years in international marketing, specifically in scaffolding products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
