: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken candidate to join our inside sales team. The incumbent will develop relations with existing customers, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities : Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on accounts Act as a specialist at servicing the existing customer base, keeping those relationships going and staying attuned to opportunities to sell to it again Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients Manage contract renewals and extensions, seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services Act as the primary point of contact and build a deep understanding of the client\'s business needs, challenges, and objectives Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the account and develop strategies to capitalize on them Understanding customers\' needs and identifying sales opportunities Answering potential customers\' questions and sending additional information via email Keeping up with product and service information and updates Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explaining and demonstrating features of our services Staying informed about competing products and services QUALIFICATIONS - BE/Btech/Bachelor`s degree 1+ years of Key account management and inside sales Knowledge of region-specific languages where they will be deployed Prospecting and closing skills Knowledge of sales principles and practices Customer service acumen Desire to exceed growth, and work in a fast paced environment
