JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities for this position To prepare competent and competitive techno-commercial offer in line with customer spec. and with suitable alternatives in consultation with respective departments within the factory and with the customer with the objective of supporting Sales / Factory achieve the required order booking for the product. Study and evaluate received customer enquiries and seek clarifications from other relevant departments, in case of technical queries. Propose a product the best suited to customer\'s need in consultation with relevant departments Prepare systematic, error free & timely costing sheets, techno commercial offers, and technical datasheets as per customer\'s requirements referring to company\'s standards Resolve the technical & commercial queries raised by customers. Assist the Sales teams during the order finalization Prepare accurate work order schedule & technical requirements sheet for smooth execution of work Review LOI critically & PO received from customer and seek clarification if any. Ensure approval of relevant documents in code Desired Educational Qualification Graduate in Mechanical / Instrumentation engineering Technical Skills / Knowledge Required Product and Technical Knowledge.\' Standards and customer specifications.\' Knowledge of offer and order process flow.\' Feel of product pricing.
