\xef\x83\x98 Maintaining MRF Trackers, Providing support in e-Recruiting process.
\xef\x83\x98 Supporting TA in organizing and conducting the interviews.
\xef\x83\x98 Collecting the required docs from selected candidates to release the offer letters.HR Operations:
\xef\x83\x98 New employee Induction / Orientation.
\xef\x83\x98 Conducting exit interviews.
\xef\x83\x98 Clarify the employee grievance and various issues/queries.
\xef\x83\x98 Maintain MIS report, Employee information.
\xef\x83\x98 Coordination of Annual / Half Yearly Health Checkups.
\xef\x83\x98 Creating and managing HR budget along with monthly trackers.Employee Engagement:
\xef\x83\x98 New initiatives to adopt and engaging the employees to the work culture.
\xef\x83\x98 Coordination and planning for engagement activities.
\xef\x83\x98 Calendarising and motivating the employees on engagement activities
\xef\x83\x98 Support for conducting Biocon Annual Day and Annual Games/Sports.
\xef\x83\x98 Meeting employees regularly to find satisfactory levels on employment engagement.Training & Development( L&D):
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure the training needs are identified, calendared and all employees under go 2 man-days of training in a year.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure timely completion of PMP activities by providing support and guidance.Organizing customized training programs based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations (ER):
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct FGDs and Floor walks to understand employee pulse
\xef\x83\x98 Conducting business meetings and various team building activities .
\xef\x83\x98 Guiding for medical insurance claims.Manpower planning and budgeting (MPP):
\xef\x83\x98 Maintain block wise and site wise manpower data.
\xef\x83\x98 Planning for manpower budgets for new and existing projects
\xef\x83\x98 Planning for CL requirements and modifying as per business needs.Performance Management System (PMP):
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure New B are trained on Goal Setting and Goal completions.
\xef\x83\x98 Guidance on New B for probation process
\xef\x83\x98 Ensuring the completion of PMP as per timelines
\xef\x83\x98 Conducting road shows on PMP and guiding employees or managers for the process.
\xef\x83\x98 Supporting the Assessments in PMPApprentices/Interns Management System :
\xef\x83\x98 Guiding the managers about the Apprentices/Interns processes.
\xef\x83\x98 Suppotring the Apprentices/.Intern hirings.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure the availability of Apprentices / Interns at all times as backup.
\xef\x83\x98 Handling Apprentices conversion process.Rewards and Recognitions :
\xef\x83\x98 Handling employee R&R budgeting/procurement etc..
\xef\x83\x98 Supporting OE for conducting various R&R events.
\xef\x83\x98 Motivating the employees for R&REducational QualificationsRequired Education Qualification: MBA
Required Experience: 8 - 12 years
