Job Title: AssistantManager - Transitions , Change & Transversal Projects Date: Department: Transitions and Transversal Projects Location: Chennai Business Line / Function: PMO Reports to: (Direct) AVP/Manager -Transitions and Transversal Projects Grade: (if applicable) (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: Directorship / Registration: Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities .Directly manage 2-3 client onboarding / transition projects related to Operations processes in the Securities Services domain .Ensuring Risks and Issues are managed proactively and various transition deliverables are documented and signed off before go-live .Develop strong, positive, constructive relationships with multiple senior stakeholders .Lead matrix teams to deliver high quality results .Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Contributing Responsibilities .Ensure adherence to the Transition Methodology and Outsourcing Compliance for self and team .Contribute to building a world class Programme /Project Management discipline Technical & Behavioral Competencies .ProvenProject Management skills .Should have managed and led transitions in a similar setup (Securities Services) either in a captive / third party environment and transitioned Operations from overseas to India .Strong interpersonal communication and coaching skills, capable of explaining, teaching, training in a highly effective manner Specific Qualifications(if required) .PMP / Prince 2 highly preferred .MBA preferred Skills Referential Behavioural Skills :(Please select up to 4 skills) Personal Impact / Ability to influence Ability to deliver / Results driven Decision Making Ability to collaborate / Teamwork Transversal Skills: (Please select up to 5 skills) Ability to manage a project Ability to understand, explain and support change Ability to develop others & improve their skills Ability to inspire others & generate people\'s commitment Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training Education Level: Master Degree or equivalent Experience Level At least 7 years Other/Specific Qualifications (if required) . Top Tier MBA graduates / Bachelor of Engineering graduates preferred Specific Qualifications (if required) . PMP / Prince 2 / ACP certified highly preferred . MBA preferred
