Job Description
Direct payroll from One of the leading Bank in India Designation-Assistant Manager M1 Role: CEC ( Inbound Process English & Hindi) . Location : Thane & Noida : To Attend the inbound calls of customers and process the queries & requests to customer\'s satisfaction. To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer\'s call Ensure customer \'delight\' and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues. Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target) To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process Job Criteria: Require Good Communication in English & Hindi. Complete 15 years of Graduation is mandatory. Graduate without any standing arrears. Age Limit below 30. Salary 4.5 LPA (Depends on experience) + Incentives. 5 days working + 2 days rotational week off
