KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Research and Understand Technology and Non-technology Trends Scan the world for major disruptive technology and nontechnology trends (trendspotting) that affect business. Provide practical advice and best practices to overcome these challenges and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes. Should be able to analysis of business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the enterprise\'s business strategy, direction and architecture. Scope of the Role We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert cum Developer to work in the Engineering CoE for Hyper-Automation platform of Unilever. And will work closely on automation solutions around RPA, AI, ML, Cognitive, & Integration either individually or in a cohesive environment. The workstream includes (but not limited to) Hyper-Automation Council: Set up weekly Review boards internally to discuss new requirement and patterns and align on technology solution and design. Have monthly governances with Platform to discuss on potential Hyper-Automations. Products: Innovate and Build products from Unilever use cases using a combination of Hyper-Automation tech-suite ( RPA, AI, ML Cognitive, & Integration ) Evangelization (Art of Possible) : : Explore new Hyper Automation trends in market. Evaluate for new technologies which can add value to Unilever and make Hyper-Automation portfolio more comprehensive. Simplify the existing landscape if it becomes a necessity. Partnerships : Internal Partnership\'s: Build partnership with Solution Architecture on periodic review of guidelines, new product, and Infrastructure evaluation. External Partnership\'s : Work with existing Product vendor to add features and enhancement as per Unilever Roadmaps to be incorporated in their suits. Reusability & Reporting: Drive reusability at core across platforms of Hyper-Automation components. Should be able to provide KPI\'s as and when requested for all the platforms. Ensure these are discoverable to drive reusability and Self Serviceability. Capability Expert: Should be SME in at-least one area of Hyper-Automation such as AI, Integration , ML, RPA & Cognitive . KEY REQUIREMENTS: Essential Skills Subject Matter Expert (SME) cum Developer in at-least one area of Hyper-Automation such as AI, Integration, ML, RPA & Cognitive Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks Knowledge of Azure Sql Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics Exposure and understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environment Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation Excellent analytical and technical skills Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills Familiarity with basic graphical modelling approaches, tools and model repositories Desirable Skills SME of various automation technologies like RPA, ML, Chatbot, OCR, etc. Hands on experience in one of the automation technologies At HUL, we believe that every individual irrespective of their race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, nationality, caste, disability or marital status can bring their purpose to life.
