WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Supporting the effective and scoping and design of HR projects/initiatives to ensure clear, achievable and impactful plans that can then be implemented with discipline and which solve business problems or realize opportunities
Co-work on HR strategic initiatives across the network, collaborating with multiple functions and teams to drive progress and success against company objectives. These programs would include, but not limited to key areas such as
Collaborate with the HR team to design, develop, and implement people programs, including but not limited to employee onboarding, candidate experience, employee engagement initiatives.
Delivering and accelerating our people roadmap at network level post pandemic, focusing on future of work including hybrid work model strategies and other such people practices
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive induction into the organization.
Driving harmonization and standardization of key HR processes, starting with talent acquisition
Establishing a framework for HR innovation centered around experience design, process design and continuous improvement/ automation opportunities.
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to continually enhance and evolve our people programs.
Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource, and guidelines
Facilitating planning, progress tracking, communication and reporting for company strategic initiatives
Establishing and monitoring plans and ensuring the realization of goals and continuous improvements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
MBA from an institute of repute with 3-4 years of experience in designing or implementing strategic HR programs leading to strong business/ people results
Track record of organizing, planning and successfully managing both long-term and short-term initiatives in a fast moving, fast growing, and dynamic company
Understanding of project management techniques and tools
Ability to conduct extensive research of HR programs across industries and using market insights, workforce data and stakeholder/ employee voice
Demonstrated eye for detail, problem solving, presentation, communication and follow-through skills
Project Management (PMP) and/or Agile Certifications (ACP) will be an added advantage
