11:11\xe2\x80\x99s Assistant Manager of Human Resources will lead the design, implementation, communication, and administration of competitive benefit programs in India. In addition, this role has primary responsibility over the payroll function for the country. This role will provide subject matter expertise on employee benefit programs, payroll, processes, policies, compliance, vendors, and other related initiatives that enhance the organization\xe2\x80\x99s ability to attract, retain and motivate a qualified, technology workforce. The role is also responsible for providing leadership, planning, project coordination, and management of HR operational activities and team members who process and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s payroll.
