Job Description


Position OverviewOverseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and enhancing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies, programs and practices in liaison with management\xe2\x80\x99s vision and organizational goals in association with HR & Administration.Key Responsibility AreasDetailed Implementing HR Strategies

  • Initiating HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Keeping records ready for the management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
  • Partnering with the Head of HR and Admin and enhancing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Recruitment & Selection
  • Managing the talent acquisition process, such as recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of qualified job applicants
  • Oversee the hiring of vacant positions and ensuring the closure of vacancies within the stipulated timelines.
Maintaining HR related documents
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensuring the proper filing and maintenance of the employee personal file.
  • Formulating and documenting HR policies and procedures.
  • Preparing organizational charts and hierarchal structures for all geographical and local entities.
Learning & Development / Performance Management
  • Creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Implementing employee development strategy and succession planning based on training and professional development.
  • Analyzing TNA in consultation with the Head of HR & Admin.
  • Looking into the performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Administering performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administering salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
  • Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Effective Employee Relations / Employee Engagement
  • Preserving the employer-employee relationship through effective employee relations strategies.
  • Ensuring that employees have a safe working environment, free from discrimination and harassment.
  • Acting as a primary contact for legal counsel in risk mitigation activities and litigation pertaining to employee relations matter.
  • Managing and arranging logistics for various events and functions, to ensure all engagement programs are successfully implemented.
  • Conducting employee engagement activities and events for nurturing a positive working environment and motivating employees.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Developing strategic compensation plans, aligning performance management systems with compensation structure and monitoring negotiations for group health care benefits.
  • Keeping records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
