Your knowledge and experience with payroll taxes and deductions are vital to be successful in this role.ResponsibilitiesExperience required in managing the US/Canada Benefits administration queries related to medical coverage, leave administration, HSA, FSA, 401K etcShould have experience in handling Leave administration, its payouts and coordination with the vendorKnowledge of Family Leave Act is requiredVendor management and coordination is a must skillShould have exposure to relevant Federal, State and local regulations, HIPPA and other applicable laws in terms of BenefitsReconciliation knowledge is required to reconcile the deductions with Payroll dataUS/Canada Retirement administration knowledge will be a plus pointShould possess knowledge of invoices paid to the vendor for the Benefits premium and administrative feesKnowledge required in processing timely funding to the vendorMust have experience in handling Open Enrollment Season, its query resolution and the deduction of the amountKnowledge of ADP and SuccessFactor tool is mustVendor management and coordination skill is mustClient handling skill is a must for this role as direct interaction with the client is a part of the daily businessSupport team in complex transaction processing cases and issuesCoordinate with CoE and retained teams on complex casesManage and administer business processes for data changes and updatesSupporting in User acceptance testingManage organization change communicationsSupport and manage global assignment cases (mobility) as per defined process and SOPs in alignment with CoEManage Localization, repatriation, and assignment extension in accordance with SOPsProvide coaching and mentoring to other team membersQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications
