Job Summary The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive supports the hospitals mission to provide excellent patient care by ensuring that the hospital has a skilled, motivated, and well-supported workforce.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment and Staffing
• Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements for open positions.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various hospital roles.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and initial training.
2. Employee Relations
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and concerns.
• Employee Support: Provide support to staff regarding workplace issues, including performance and interpersonal matters.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure that hospital policies are communicated effectively and adhered to by all employees.
3. Performance Management
• Performance Reviews: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Performance Improvement: Work with managers to identify performance issues and develop improvement plans.
4. Training and Development
• Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs on hospital policies, procedures, and skills development.
• Professional Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for staff growth and development.
5. Administrative Duties
• HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training documentation.
• Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee leave management.
6. Compliance and Legal Requirements
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external HR audits and address any identified issues.
7. Health and Safety Management
• Safety Programs: Implement and oversee health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Incident Management: Investigate workplace incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken.
8. Strategic HR Initiatives
• HR Strategies: Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
