: Assistant Manager - HR
Experience: 6-7 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment (50%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain records and documentation for compliance audits
Payroll Process:
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Generate challans and manage payroll-related queries
HR Maintenance:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
• Experience with statutory compliance and payroll management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
