Experience: minimum 8+ years in Industrial HR from manufacturing company & 5+ years in team handling
Job description:
• Handle recruitment process of industrial level & corporate hirings
• Coordinate with Industrial customers for billing, compliance etc.
• Training of Industrial manpower
• Oversee billing, payroll compliance, salary of various sites
• Thorough knowledge of payroll process & compliances
• Proven track record of recruitment
• Team handling & documentation
• Willingness to travel across India for work
