Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees' queries and concerns.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement activities.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.
• Monitor and review employee performance and provide feedback to management.
• Support the development of performance improvement plans.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support career development initiatives.
• HR Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.
Administration:
• Office Management:
• Oversee office facilities and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
• Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain company documentation and records.
• Policy Development:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR and administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
