Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5 years with Real Estate industry or any BPO, insurance or Auto Industries.
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of HR experience in the Real Estate or any BPO or Insurance industry.
Should have exposure of mass hiring
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees
Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR experience with Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?16,152.43 - ?50,049.06 per month
