Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial relation, employee relation, human resource and union management.
- Language Proficiency - Bengali Must
- Should have experience of handling manpower planning for blue and white collared large employee base
- Engage regularly with the business to understand business-specific needs and drive the people\'s agenda
- Handled implementation of all engagement activities
- Managed employee grievances & employee queries appropriately
- Ensures employee compensation and benefits plan and reward and recognition strategies are market-relevant and competitive and contribute to driving high-performance culture
- Ensure that policies and processes are updated and relevant to business needs
- Develop and implement IR strategies
- Set up Grievance redressal /dispute resolution mechanism to address labour issues and ensure the amicable settlement of disputes
