As core team member, participate in the setting up of new dealership operations.
Responsible for end-to-end HR activities of the dealership, including hiring of new team, on boarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, MIS, compliance management, employee exit management etc.
Work collaboratively with branch core leadership team and extend business HR support to drive efficiency
Initiate and drive various employee engagement initiatives to keep the team engaged and motivated to deliver their best.
Coordinate with Maruti Suzuki India Limited for matters related to dealership manpower development.
Prepare HR budgets and manage employee cost efficiently
