The candidate should be 3-5 years of experience in HR. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.Job responsibilities-Managing all HR related activities like recruitment, settlement, administration etc.-Experience in factory audit like ISO , social audit etc. is an added advantage- Recruitment and Retention- Compliance and Record-keeping-Compensation and Benefits- Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations.- Employee Relations- Handle Govt. depts. ESI, PF, Factory, Pollution board, Rubber and Coir board, Panchayat. etc-Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and Objectives.Job Type: Full-time
