Qualification : MBA HR
Location: Adibatla, Hyderabad
Monday to Saturday (WFO)
1st and 3rd Saturdays are off
Timings : 9 am to 6 pm
Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Handle employee relations and address queries or concerns.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping and documentation.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb computer literacy and exposure to related HR software.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to Work comfortably under pressure, meets tight deadlines, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
- The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively, and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
- Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
