Assistant Manager Housekeeping You are at the heart of the hotel! As an Assistant Manager Housekeeping , you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Responsible for maintaining all areas as per the specified standards. To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action. Coordinate operations with Department Associates, Team Leaders and other Departmental Managers to ensure operational readiness, efficiency in resource utilization, and the prompt delivery of services. Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure that Housekeeping team is familiar with the in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests. Maintain appropriate standards for uniform and hygiene Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality previous housekeeping experience is an asset The suitable Candidate should have minimum 4 Years of relevant experience. Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities. Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
