JOB SUMMARY:
As an Assistant Manager-Analytics , we are seeking highly motivated and technically strong analyst to join the Growth Acquisition analytics function for the Monetization analytics team. Take charge in collaborating with the growth stakeholders to drive analytics behind all A/B experiments, Acquisition Funnel & many more growth initiatives and help monitor and optimize program, channel and communication performance to drive strategic and tactical decision making. In essence, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking at putting in some serious data-driven brains behind our Growth Acquisition charter!


ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Hotstar Growth Acquisition Analytics team works closely with the Growth business & product teams on improving, growing and sustaining the Subs Base. We work collaboratively on driving insight generation, performance reporting, experimentation and data-based strategies for improving Acquisitions and Revenue on our platform


REPORTING TO: Manager - Analytics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize data analysis techniques, research methods, and statistical tools to extract meaningful insights
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for launching successful user acquisition programs
• Develop strong hypotheses, analyze A/B testing results, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Build unsupervised/supervised models to create targeted user segments for various campaigns
• Develop predictive frameworks based on the customer lifecycle to optimize user acquisition efforts
• Share data-driven insights with cross-functional teams to accelerate user growth

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

• Proficient in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large datasets with accuracy
• Skilled in crafting clear and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate data effectively
• Possesses exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing predictive modeling techniques for data-driven insights
• Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiar with digital analytics tools and clickstream data interpretation

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Statistics/Operational Research/Mathematics. 4-6 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics/Modelling. Preferably within a digital business
