Real time monitoring of CMS / remote SCADA of operational PV power plants, from a System perspective to individual components to ensure minimum downtime.
Reviewing & validation of various central monitoring platforms to get their product accuracy & new feature implementation strategies.
Identifying the underperformance areas of plant and recommend improvement measures to regain plant performance.
Generating historical trend for critical parameters to determine equipment performance and track areas of nonconformance.
Evaluation of losses like soiling loss, clipping loss, Module degradation, Availability, Temperature Effect, AC Losses, Aux Losses and understanding the generation gaps at various P levels
Identify O&M issues related to performance in the field based on discrepancies and provide technical support to O&M support staff.
Creation and optimization of analytical tools / dashboards to ease the analytical process
Analyzing & Monitoring the MTTR & MTBF for complete portfolio.
Establish specifications and SOPs (performance related) to standardize the process.
Conduct yearly/ monthly PR test, DC capacity test and validate, and analyses the test results.
Fault identification and rectification with in short duration.
Work experience on Various Inverters like: Schneider/ABB/TMEIC/Delta/Power One/Si-neng etc.
Ensure requisite balance between long-term viability of the plant and operational optimization.
Ensure preventive maintenance of all installations at the plant and ensure compliance with all quality checks.
Ensure security and upkeep of the installations (including washing of the modules) at the plant.
Oversee on-time maintenance / replacement of Modules, Inverters, and other BOS parts and in case of any issues, coordinate with the Solar Sourcing and Procurement teams during renovation and maintenance, plan capital expenditure and monitor progress of budgeted jobs .
Establish processes to periodically review operations to ensure high production efficiency, quality, service, manpower productivity as well as cost-effective management of resource.
Conducts technical/legal due diligence visit of bankers/auditors/consultants and responsible to provide the required data/reports.
