  • Third Party Management and Corporate Accounts Payable: TPM performs various activities of Manage Phase which helps in Planning and Sourcing Phase of the procurement Cycle and manage relation with GEP Smart, VRPM, VIPR (Micro Strategy), GPS, BICS etc. BICS admin activities include management of Third-Party entities with regards to creation (entity creation require creating Business entity records in BICS system for any spend happens with any vendor, agency, fourth party etc.), hierarchy alignment, Merger and acquisition events, spend alignment and publish the inventory of Provider of Incidental and Fourth Party entities as per publication calendar, published in the beginning of every year at GBS level. Enhanced Rogue research team helps in aligning the spend with the managed third-party entity and disposition it via change request process. Termination team helps in processing termination requests of entities Incl. Early and Natural terminations and perform due diligence for all third-party entities in the inventory. QA Centralization is responsible to identify the inherent risk of a deal/and or Third-Party relationships. QA Centralization receive the input from operation/production teams within Global Procurement in the defined format/QA mailbox. Third Party Management team caters to all regions across North America, EMEA, and APAC & LATAM.
Corporate Accounts Payable is performing various accounts payable activities. Primary activities include vendor set-ups and operations, employee reimbursements, vendor invoicing, cards maintenance etc.*The individual in this role needs to have strong domain knowledge and will be responsible for reviewing, either (1) Third Party entities relationship, disposition changes related to hierarchy, family tree, understanding or Merger & Acquisition cases of third parties, understanding of inventory, spend alignment and movement, better understanding of Rogue research and Termination of third parties as per policy standards and understand data flow with different platforms like BICS, AP, VIPR, VRPM, GEP, Concur, Appian, SAP etc.or(2) Invoices and processing vendors setups & employee setups in Oracle eVDM and review expense reimbursements. It will be for US and international regions.Mandatory requirement of technical tools like Alteryx and SQL.Responsibilities*
  • Manage BAU activities and ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) with internal clients are met
  • Ensure quality of work meets the department standards by establishing quality control checks into the processes
  • Actively contribute towards process initiatives, suggestions and highlight risks / control gaps
  • Actively contribute towards process improvement and automations via AI tools
  • Maintain process level documentation like SOP/procedure, QA etc.
  • Be a team player and help members in day-to-day coordination/support
