:Minimum Qualifications: (Specify if degree required & type, number of years of prior experience, certifications, etc.)Post Graduate or MBA (preferred) OR Graduates in Engineering / Mathematics / Operations Research / Science / StatisticsOr 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience preferably from Top tier Analytics/consulting/Analytics startup companies (Mu Sigma, Tiger Analytics, Tredence, Ganit, Shell Data, Verizon data, eClerx, Optum ABCO, Unmetric, Accenture,EClerx, Latent View ) orCandidates with 3+ working on healthcare data problems would be preferred (Eg: those from United/Optum ABCO, Truven/IBM, Astra Zeneca, Zoom Rx, Sagitec solutions(Health) )Candidate is expected to be proficient in SQL and MS Excel for data analysisResponsibilities and Essential Functions:Analytics Practice:\xc3\x98 Drives business metrics that add to the top-line and / or profitability for business\xc3\x98 Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis like (raw) data analysis, data deep-dives etc. to acquire insights from data\xc3\x98 Develops Descriptive (reporting)\xc3\x98 Translates insights into an analysis reports and communicate insights back to the stakeholders\xc3\x98 Develop PoCs (Proof of Concepts) working with stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems to Analytics needs, and leveraging relevant tools and frameworks

• Provide support & maintenance to existing MIS reports
• Generate & distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency & consistency
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis for the leadership team
• Generate both periodic & adhoc reports as needed
• Provide insights from data trends based on business needs
