Know it matters.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 To be a part of the Reinsurance Financial Reporting team and support in designing and maintaining of QlikView and Power BI Dashboards.\xc2\xb7 To support Anaplan-related activities during Planning and Reforecast cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and outputs.\xc2\xb7 Prepare reconciliations, including P&L reconciliations, to ensure data integrity and alignment with financial objectives.\xc2\xb7 Extract queries from EFR & HFM and conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights and informed decision-making.\xc2\xb7 Drive process automation and standardization of various reports/dashboards/presentations. Run and Develop Queries in QlikView, Power BI and VBA / SQL for data scrubbing\xc2\xb7 Maintain open communication channels with onshore counterparts, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and manage expectations.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Provide support for ad-hoc activities as required to address emerging business needs.You will report to the Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Reinsurance Financial Reporting.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Degree in IT/Engineering: Qualified B.Tech(IT)/BCA with relevant years of experience.\xc2\xb7 Effective proficiency in QlikView, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Database Management, and Excel.\xc2\xb7 Working Knowledge of Anaplan and HFM will be of added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Effective technical skills backed with analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to work on SQL Server for extraction of data and make queries.Desired Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.\xc2\xb7 Drive automation, continuous improvement, and simplicity in the processesFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
