Job Title: Assistant Manager, Human ResourcesLocation: Greater Noida Department: Human Resources Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Coordinate and conduct interviews, screenings, and selection processes. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems. Assist in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback. Identify and address performance improvement needs. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops . Identify training needs and assist in the development of training materials. Support career development initiatives and succession planning. Payroll: Salary processing, Grievance handling, PF& ESIC challan submission. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Address employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and policies.
