Job Summary . Assistant Manager - Gold loans Job Purpose . Supporting branch teams for System / Process related Queries / issues. . Prepare and Publish regular MIS to all stake holders . Identify system/ process gaps and do the necessary system changes/training Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - porting branch teams for System / Process related Queries / issues. . Prepare and Publish regular MIS to all stake holders . Preparation & Submission of Incentive calculations. . Team Incentive Calculation Quarterly & Monthly Incentive . Incentive Data Submission to concern team . Preparation of monthly Presentation . Identify system/ process gaps and do the necessary system changes/training . Co-ordinate with stake holders for system enhancement. . Co-ordinate with Ops PMO / IT for BRD / UD finalization and delivery. . UAT for enhancement . BizUAT scenario related to enhancement need to define . IT follow up for open observation point . Major Challenges - . Branch related challenges: Delay in FTE\'s onboarding Seats availability as per requirements Shrinkage Tracking misses inefficiency of few FTE etc. at vendor level. . Volume Uncertainty: Unexpected volume increases due to process changes addition of new products Communication triggered from various department etc. . Key Decisions / Dimensions - . Process changes: Deciding process changes to such as pre-facto and post-facto calling addition or deletion Deciding on process flow of new products or new plat form such as Gold loan process for queries . Deciding AOP targets to SLA\'s and KPI\'s . Deciding AOP projects
