Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Goa
Salary: Up to ?27,000 CTC Per Month
Work Experience: 2+ years (NBFC, BFSI, Banking)

About Liability Sales:

The Liability Sales department focuses on acquiring liabilities, assets, and retail forex business for the bank, driving business from 4000+ branches.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Field sales role with extensive local travel.
• Sell bank and third-party products to new customers.
• Conduct marketing activities and meet new customers daily.
• Handle customer queries and achieve sales targets within 6 months.
• Contact existing customers for additional deposits and cross-selling.
• Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
• Log daily interactions in the bank CRM system.
• Follow all compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards, PG products (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Retail Asset Products, Online Trading).
• Fulfill KYC and compliance norms.
• Develop business relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Increase customer base and achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in banking or financial sector sales.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
