Position Summary:As GPS Market Research & Analysis person, you contribute to Kraft Heinz's strategic ambition to improve and standardize the way we research, interpret and leverage industry data and consumer trends for the Procurement function. You will provide structure, support, and guidance to the Procurement team to ensure a comprehensive approach is used when there is a need to build our understanding of the market, importance of trends and predictive analytics for all categories (eg. Marketing, HR, Professional & Consulting Services, IT, IFM, MRO, Ingredient Commodities, Packaging). Youll understand our business objectives and strategically research relevant data to help us improve category strategies & approaches to competitive sourcing. You will design summary extract reports and analytics in collaboration with our procurement teams to embed this external knowledge that your team provides into the best-informed decisions for Kraft Heinz. This position offers high career visibility with the potential to move into various roles within the Kraft Heinz Company.Responsibilities:Gather detailed data research requirements and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high quality resultsPerform quantitative and qualitative research into consumers, competitors, and the marketplaceAnalyze data from numerous sources to identify market trends and relevant demographicsConduct in-depth market research, analysis and share insightsConduct market scans and connect with external experts to benchmark against other industry solutions.Support in the identification of meaningful metrics, contractual standards that enhance supplier performance and highlight potential supplier risks based on market trends and data.Evaluate market data using software and statistical techniques.Data mine the world wide web leveraging search engines and web analytics to gain insights from articles, publications etc.Leverage industry memberships and associations to develop comprehensive analysis of commodities and categories across Kraft HeinzReview and interpret large data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts, and graphsCreate reports, presentations, and action items based on collected dataEnsure effective and timely delivery of project work, raising issues and risks in a timely manner to requestors to ensure appropriate actions can be taken to mitigate.Ensure effective and timely delivery of project work, raising issues and risks in a timely manner to requestors to ensure appropriate actions can be taken to mitigateCommunicate effectively verbally and in writing by adopting appropriate communication style to individuals at all levels of the organization and remaining open to disagreement or new ideas.Must be able to work with multiple organizations and teams, consistently meet deadlines and work well under time constraints and be able to quickly learn and understand diverse business areas/systems.Desired Candidate:Bachelors/ masters degree in business, finance or supply chain or any relevant combination of education and experience4+ years of relevant experience in a global company doing market intelligence research and analytics. Proven knowledge of risk methodology and tools/knowledge of key areas of supplier risk (i.e., financial, IT, quality regulatory, etc.) Knowledge of procurement processes including the development of category/sourcing strategies, supplier performance management, contract management, risk management, and business partner engagement, highly desirable. A proven record of accomplishments in understanding procure-to-pay processes and their affiliate solutions (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, MicroStrategy, Tableau). Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Proven record of accomplishment demonstrating the ability to develop, design, and deploy change and transformation across large organizations. Ability to influence and coach without direct accountability, supporting NA Procurement teams to achieve results, and possess excellent relationship management and communication skills. Displays high levels of energy and commitment; is relentless in the pursuit of goals in an environment of complexity, diversity, and ambiguity. Advanced and demonstrated change management skills with an eagerness to learn and develop further. Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and have technological understanding for source-to-pay tools.
