Assistant Manager GL
Experience : 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15 Years

• Ensure Team handling experience with minimum team size of 8 -15 Members
• Excellent administrative and analytical skills required to examine and compile all the financial reports.
• Ability to work with team under pressurized situation and deliverable on time without compromising accuracy.
• Managing the risk involved in financial activities and statutory and regulatory activities.
• Reviewing and supervising the month end activities with team members and ME close on time.
• Managing and monitoring the metrics, KPI tracking, and controls related to finance department.
• Ability to handle all the debt finance management.
• Ability to take up controllership role in all entities.
• Reporting automation and innovation, Continuous improvements, simplification and optimization, Efficiency and Cost Savings improvement contribute towards Value creation.

Skill set Required:

• Must possess Proficient written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
• Strong Core /Construction industries process knowledge to co-ordinate with other dept and team members.
• Team handling experience to supporting and upskill the team members.
• Strong desktop /Spread sheet /data management skill
• Experience in SAP process knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
