This IC role will be a part of support team that coordinates with different functions of Flex GBS & site as required. What a typical day looks like: Monitors operations data through dashboards Coordinates with operations teams for data validation Does data analysis & prepares final report Monitors operations KPIs & helps to bring the same at target level. Works on automation projects Works on MIS reports to be published to internal GBS as well as site management. Problem solving & strategic thinking.
