•We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Trust & Safety - FLM, Risk Investigations•
•In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management & leadership of your team of Investigators and will also assist with escalations, training, and quality control.•
•Responsibilities:•
• •Driving performance (efficiency, quality, hygiene) management of your team member to meet all SLA's.•
• •Provide domain expertise in Fraud and Financial Crime Risk Management in relation to client's risk and threats management, focusing on fraud risks in relates to buyer, seller etc.•
• •Will be responsible for process & policy dissemination and keeping your team up to date on policy/process update.•
• •Continuously improve the delivery process to attain a consistent & stable level of operations.•
• •Communicate and work with cross functional team (Product Team, Business policy, Data and analytics, Technology, etc.) to understand business requirements and business needs.•
• •Manage escalations and provide timely resolution.•
• •Basis RCA, effective coaching & feedback to be shared with team members.•
• •Conduct performance reviews of each team member and explain / set career development path & opportunities for team members.•
• •Report & escalate system issues / bugs/ downtime to management as necessary and in a timely manner.•
• •Should be a subject matter expert for all process, policies and protocols.•

•Minimum Qualifications:•
• •Any Graduate.•
• •Excellent experience as a team leader in an Investigations / Risk / Content moderation / trust & safety workspace.•
• •Excellent communication and people management skills.•
• •Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint).•
• •Should be able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate interpersonal skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.•
•Preferred Qualifications: •Tech Savvy•
• •Prior experience in Ecommerce domain•
• •Possess excellent business acumen, qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills.•
