Job Description

Qualification: A Professional degree in CA/CMA with 1 to 3 years of experience or CMA/CA Inter with 7 to 8 years of experience. CS / CS Inter would be an added advantage.

Experience: 2-3 years

knowledge of MS office.

. Assist in the execution of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and costing functions of the company.

Generate financial reports related to month-end/forecast/budgets, cash flow reporting, Key Performance indicators (KPI), Cost reduction reporting, inventory reports and cost accounting system Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure they align with production schedules and demand forecasts Act as a single SPOC and also responsible for Insurance and Treasury related initiatives Develop strategies to improve financial growth and operational efficiency Assist Audit requirements for both local (INDAS) and Group Audit (IFRS) Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency Identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory Coordinating with SCM, Production and Quality team to ensure the following
. Carrying Physical inventory at regular intervals

. Monitors RM consumptions and routing operations against Manufacturing orders for appropriate inventory accounting

. Reports out aging inventory like Slow/Non-Moving Inventory, Inventory on hold for disposition, and create provisions in books

Ensure proper cost accounting-related information is maintained Developing or improving manufacturing processes through Strategy Deployment (SD) initiatives or KPI Able to handle day-to-day treasury-related activities and also act as SPOC for all treasury activities Preparation of Cash flow statements for the next 13 weeks to monitor funding requirements and initiate actions for any funds shortage
Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies both statutory, business risk and employee-related
