Assistant Manager-Finance Compensation
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the Agent Advisor/ Partner Commission Processing, incentive/bonus calculation, analysis of the sales force for various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Calculations of Sales Distribution Basis Performance:
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports/extracts
- Data collation in the required formats from IT extracts and other sources such as GO/Zone Heads/Departments
- Calculate the incentive as per scheme
- Automation of reports to enhance team productivity
- Provide incentive summaries/trends and other reports to management (or internal customers).
- Coordination with cross functions like BPMA team, Distribution Team, HR Team, etc. for smooth running of inflow & outflow of data.
- Provide MIS support for new initiatives
Query Handling and Exception Management:
- Examine/research issues and respond to queries accordingly.
- Maintaining process level trackers, publishing reports and driving scheduled adherence.
- Maintain the TAT & ensure customer centricity
- Propose measures to tackle variances at office, Zone and all India level
Data Analysis & Drive Automation:
- Qualitative analysis on the variances
- Provide quality & incentive trend analysis for management decision-making.
- Simulations for new schemes setups
- Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages.
- Handle Ad-hoc analysis requirements for the senior management team.
- Reconciliation of various accounts/data
- Support for automation (in-house or external)
Compliance and Audit:
- Compliance of Incentive Scheme provided by Distribution/HR for all bonuses
- Maintaining the Process Notes & get it approved from relevant authorities
- Documentation of Schemes, Plans & agreements
- Process Standardization.
