Job Description


Ensure that Internal Audit (From Mumbai / Dubai) requirements are timely given and oversee entire Internal Audit exercise. Ensure timely resolution of Audit points from Internal / Statutory Audits by undertaking necessary follow up with relevant departments. Ensure conclusion of Statutory Audit Exercise in accordance with deadlines given by Regional Office. Ensure completion of Group Audit of June and December as per mandate and timelines from RO and HO. Ensure preparation and signing of INDAS Financial Statements for their adoption in Board Meeting in May each year. Keep abreast and up to date with IND AS and IFRS requirements and standards and provide suggestions and feedback to CFO Ensure timely completion of Transfer Pricing Study, Tax Audit and ITR Filing minimum 15 days before statutory deadline. Ensure timely filing of GST Returns, GST Annual Audit and other GST Compliance including E-Invoicing. Oversee TDS Return filing, TDS Defaults and Other TDS Compliance by SSC. Suggest for process amendment as necessary. Keep abreast with changes in IT, GST and other laws as applicable to Port. Apprise CFO as necessary. Attend to the tax assessments/litigations and statutory authorities in connection with taxation issues as and when required. Ensure SEZ Compliance and periodic filings and reporting with SEZ Authorities. Interact with SEZ, Port Trust and other external stakeholders as per requirement.
