Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Finance for a Series A Funded eCommerce Healthcare Brand.

Job Profile:
Ensuring monthly book closure for all business units primarily clinics
Setup clinic Finance SOPs for new clinics
Ensuring Clinic Finance Ops are running smoothly
SPOC for clinic Manager for all clinic finance related queries
Preparation of Financial Statement as per Schedule III
Journal Entries for allocation of overhead expenses to business units
Preparing monthly MIS reports for Investors & Management.
Preparing periodical budgets and conducting variance analysis with Actuals
Managing Statutory Audit & Due diligence conducted by Big 4
Ensuring systematic maintenance of all the records in the company data room
Ensuring adherence to Internal financial controls and proper documentation
Assisting function owners in running cost-saving projects
Approving and monitoring periodical vendor payouts

Requirements:
3+ years experience in Accounts and Taxation of a ? 50 Cr+ Company
Extremely trustworthy and high on integrity
Strong with accounting principles and pro in excel
Tech Savvy and Strong analytical skills
Have a business acumen for understanding the organization business operation
Continuous Learning attitude
Prior experience in Ecommerce will be an added advantage
Passionate to work in startups and comfortable with ambiguity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year

• Malad West Dely, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
