Job Title Assistant Manager, Finance Summary Cushman & Wakefield is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. • Ensures accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, credit notes.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and application of cash.
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIESProvide 5 - 7 key skills critical for success

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
