Career Opportunities Position Assistant Manager - Finance (Distribution Compensation) No. of Positions 1 Department Finance Function Reporting to Tanuj Matta (AVP) Band 5 Location HO - DLF Last date of submission Till the vacancy get filled JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the incentive/bonus calculation of the sales force for various channels. Key Responsibilities Compensation Calculations of Sales Distribution Basis Performance Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports/extracts Data collation in the required formats from IT extracts and other sources such as GO/Zone Heads/Departments Calculate the incentive per scheme Automation of reports to enhance team productivity Provide incentive summaries/trends and other reports to management (or internal customers). Coordination with cross functions like BPMA, IT, HR, Herald Logics, etc. for smooth running of inflow & outflow of data. Provide MIS support for new initiatives Query Handling and Exception Management Examine/research issues and respond to queries accordingly Maintain the TAT & ensure customer centricity Propose measures to tackle variances at office, Zone and all India level Data Analysis & Automation Qualitative analysis on the variances Provide quality & incentive trend analysis for management decision-making. Simulations for new schemes setups Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages. Handle Ad-hoc analysis requirements for the senior management team. Support for launch of MIS automation system on as required basis Compliance and Audit Compliance of Incentive Scheme provided by HR for all bonuses Maintaining the Process Notes & get it approved from relevant authorities Documentation of Schemes, Plans & agreements Process Standardization. Measure of Success: Timeliness as per plan and accuracy of compensation to the field and management Quality (especially Accuracy) and effectiveness of MIS / Reports Successful launch of MIS automation system Continuous improvements in the MIS generation process for improved TATs Timely response to internal/external queries Exception handling with proper facts finding Audit scores Compliance & governance Supervisor Feedback JOB DESCRIPTION MINIMUM EDUCATION : MBA/PGDBA/Graduate preferably in Maths/Statistics/Commerce/Science MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years experience in similar profile - MIS/Database handling/Incentive calculation KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES : High on Excel and Powerpoint skills Team management Good hand on designing Macros (via VB) Strong analytical skills with an ability to Collate and Analyze Large Amounts of Data .
